About

Software Delivery Manager

I’m the bridge between the "big idea" and the finished product. Finding ways to ship software faster without sacrificing quality. Whether I’m playing the support role that helps our developers breathe or acting as the "tech whisperer" for our clients, I’m obsessed with the flow of work. I cut response times and clear the path so that our high performing teams can do what they do best: build tomorrow, without the bullshit.

From Ops Agent to Product Ownership

At twenty, I was finding my way across time zones, representing a multimillion-dollar platform to the world’s biggest airlines. Over seven years at Accommodations Plus International, my passport became as full as my project backlogs. What started as business travel evolved into a deep-seated love for Product Ownership, the art of taking a chaotic global need and translating it into an invisible feature.

From training teams in São Paulo and Hong Kong to leading a massive strategic pivot into the railway industry, I’ve spent my career as a "translator." I don’t just support products; I improve on the systems that let people work better together. Today, I’m still doing what I love: uncomplicating the complicated.

Assistant Project Manager

Fresh out of college, I started on the construction sites of Brooklyn superstructures. This was my training ground, where project management meant tracking twenty moving pieces at once while a city rose around me. It was a world where margin of error was limited to millimeters. It’s where I first learned that a project is only as strong as the people behind it.

I saw myself spending entire workdays on a single plan, so I attempted to automate the AutoCAD process. I turned four hour grinds into two hour sprints, realizing early on that my real talent wasn't just managing the work it was reinventing the way the work got done. This was the start of everything: realizing that every problem was a puzzle, and every puzzle could be solved.

I'm sourcing the quote. coming soon, I promise.
